Being banned, please share files and do recommended settings

Some users have expressed that some people are not sharing files. If you don't setup correctly or refuse to share files then people have the right and facility to place you on a ban.
I don't want to set rules as I'm not the boss and it's up to users what they want to do, but you will take the consequences of your actions.
