i just had some springbok burgers. a damn fined meal
in the past i've also had kangaroo, ostrich, zebra and camel

i'd like to try some sort of bear meat at some point, but i think it's probably illegal

Bear Meat is too gamey for my taste. Rabit isn't too bad. I'm born and bred redneck too so I pretty much group up on dear meat.

Ive had a lot but didnt care for most.

Altough, stir fried bambi is awlsome!

Deer, Bear, Raccoon, Armadillo, Pig, Buffalo, Rabbit, Squirrel, Elk, Goat, Horse, Nutria, Gator, Turtle and Frogs, and Rattlesnake.
Bear is greasy as hell, Deer is good throw a whole shoulder on a grill, Squirrel you cook it head and all fry with some gravy delicious, Elk like deer, Goat curried nothing better with some yellow rice and fried plantains, Buffalo good like beef more lean, Horse was good had a roast with potatoes and gravy, Pig ( wild hog ) good but gamy, Nutria a big rat like animal not bad, Raccoon a little Greasy, Armadillo the other whit meat but a **Lady** to eat, Gator real good, Turtle fried or stew, Frog legs fried, Snake fried...
That's about all i can think off at the moment..

I'm happy with a nice steak, roast lamb on Sunday and maybe some Sushi for lunch, but I wouldnt call any of them cute and cuddly

well deer of course rabit dove quale meal worms wild boar shark (not to cute and cuddly though but taste non the less) swordfish no rodents just can bring myself to do that one ( i know rabbits are rodents but they are differant) unlike parrot. hopefully this hunting season ill get my first taste of wild turkey (not yhe whiskey ive had it befor)

Deer, elk, antelope, rabbit, trout, salmon, shark, mahi-mahi, halibut, squirrel, buffalo, gator, snake, yello perch, squid, octopus, eel, snail, froglegs, pheasant, turkey, boar, grasshopper, ant, duck, lamb, ostrich, crawfish, lobster, crab, kobe beef, am sure there are others that I have forgotten, but here are the ones I remember. Am a firm believer of trying anything once, so am game to try just about any kind of food. Will be trying Bear for the first time this next year as I won a guided hunt in Idaho for this next spring, hopefully will bag a big one!

I have consumed Wild Boar Sausages (love it!) Deer, Rabbit, Pheasant, Tuna (fresh)

And becasue I did 4 months in Iraq I have probably eaten Rat and small Iraqi toddlers!!
