not a fan of the plasma although they've got high damage, they dont seem to hit as hard as the others
flame thrower and missile launcher ftw

and the chinese assault rifle is a mean normal gun

I just killed Tenpenny. He had a nice sniper rifle. I like the idea of combining Small Weapons and Energy Weapons. I crit an awlful lot.

Hey man, I one shot that Autumn guy at the end as it was. I turned it up to hard for second play thru.

You want to get yourself this XP Hotfix mod for playing on hard. As by default, you level faster on harder settings for some odd reason and this makes it so you level the same speed as you would on easy.

Thanks. Curiously, does this game, as Oblivion did, level mobs to your level?

Not sure about levelling at this stage. It feels like it does, but being limited to level 20 and the way the main story unfolds makes it difficult to tell. We will see what happens when the CS comes out for it, then we can open up the game files.

I've just installed a couple mods that bump the level cap up to 40 and halve the rate of skill points assigned at each level (to prevent the bug with excess skill points done by the level 40 mod), as well as the mod i showed you above.

I cant access the site right now to give you the links, but one is named "Max Level Increase" and the other is "less skill points". Not hard to find.
