It could be interesting to see what kind of games they produce if they are given full creative input... just as long as they don't start hosting their game servers there. As anyone who has ever spoken to someone in an Indian call centre will know, their telephone lines can seem to be quite antiquated.
However, I ask you, just what's wrong with remote working? Allow game developers (and indeed any other professional whose work could be done in a home-office) to work from home and think of all the money they could save on heating, insurance and more. That's where the future is, imho.
