In other words, I chose the price plan in which I pay $30 a month every three months, which means I pay ten bucks a month. Anyone I refer will be able to glom onto that same price plan. Other players may have signed on with the Lifetime Membership plan, which during Open Beta was available for a one-time fee of $199, as opposed to the current price of $299 (US).
