Word has gone out throughout the MMO community that former SWG Dev Jeff Freeman took his own life this past weekend.

That's very sad news.
"Let your love flow outward through the universe,
To its height, its depth, its broad extent,
A limitless love, without hatred or enmity."

i loved ch. this is sad to hear. :(
I sneak in my own house.
It's four in the morning
I've had too much to drink
Said i was out with the boys
I creep in my bedroom
I slip into bed,
I know if i wake her,
I'll wake up dead

I was musing on ideas for in-game memorials. For my part, once Creature Handler is implemented on the SWGEmu test server, I plan to tame a baby rancor and name it IN-MEMORIAM-Jeff-Freeman, and have it stand vigil outside a major starport sometime.

I also thought I'd suggest those of you MOBbers on Bria organize a JtL fly-by of a space station, with pilots of all three factions (Rebel, Imperial, and Neutral) in a loose formation or cluster, since he was also so instrumental in the development of JtL.
