they need to do something about the owners who rear them that way, not the dogs

i grew up around german shepards.we had 2 and my uncle had one
now if one of those go nuts it'll do more damage than any other dog on the planet
however ours were well looked after and well loved and were 3 of the most docile dogs on the planet. looked scary mind you
pitt bulls are no different
i've known people who have ahd them and they have been as good natured as any dog i've met
unfortunatley they attract scum,and when said scum gets a hold of them they treat them like shit, they grow up mental

however if you grab their back legs and sharply pull them 90 degrees so they make a straight line across it's arse, it rips apart their internal organs and kills them instantly

Yes, sorry toucan you are right. It's the owner not the tool, just like in everything. Hold the people responsible for their wrong doing not the instrument they use.
