Oh dear.
After a discussion with some experts on screwing up, this is one of those incidents that take real dedication and determination on the part of someone to screw up.
You would have thought, that the moment they saw this guy's ID showing that he was a member of the Government of America's "best friend" someone would have thought "Hang on a minute".
Why didn't DHS send along a minder?
