It's definitely a girl's film: I quite enjoyed it. :)

I kept watching it hoping there would be some good action, even the action at the end was crap and very un vampirelike. Lestat is the vampire for me, yeah he might be good looking, if your into rugter hauer, but he is a bastard. And vamps should be bastards, not pretty teenage boys with great hair the bastards, (im a baldy by the way)

I know this is going of the original post, but being baldy has its benefits. It costs me nothing to shave my head, when it rains and i have no hood it doesnt matter, when its windy it doesnt matter.

But sometime i just wish i could change my lack of hair style for a change, i hate my mate hes always dying it and shaving parts of it and growing it long,. he looks different every three months. I look the same always damn. although i look younger than him, even though hes 5 years younger.

I suppose ill look he same pretty much in 20 years where my friends will either be going grey or balding.

Ilike the fact its low maintenance, but sometimes i would like to style my hair, although it aint gonna happen. Damn life is so cruel. Although i get min agro in my job because im a large bald man with a rather dashing beard. Who wants to mess with the scary bald guy lol, with the rather nice well kept beard. I have to say my multicoloured beard is rather lovely though.

LOL, Molten, I was wondering the same thing :P

Regarding being bald, I'd never given it a second thought until a female friend of mine shaved off her hair for a charitable cause one winter and then confessed that it hurt like anything whenever hailstones fell :o I can't imagine becoming accustomed to that!

Yeah, at first it was really sore. People dont realise how much warmth and cushion their hair gives them.
I remember years ago, being what I suppose I can describe as a proper baldy, although I'm not sure when I came to terms about being a baldy, it was a tough scary emotional experience, but Im cool with it now. Anyway im getting of the beaten track here, years ago when it rained cold rain, you know the really cold rain on a horrible windy day, was agony not in a pain way, but just the feeling of it was horrible.

Hailstones were painful and my head burned in the sun, i remember one particular hot, dry day, i didnt have a hat, nor sunblock and I needed to go to work (i dont wear hats anyway). It was a 20 min walk to the bus stop and the bus stop was just a pole in the ground, not one of those modern swanky numbers with a roof and inbuilt bench.

The sun was tearing my scalp apart, the bus was late, I had been standing there for 30mins,i was getting dehydrated, and a little dizzy, i drank some diluted juice i had prepared earlier form tap water, (in those days if you had a bottle of evian mineral water you were a poof) and spewed it all up. Prob sun stroke, but as the trooper I am, I didnt wimp out and run home, phone in sick. I got on that damn stinking bus, (in those days people could smoke on buses), cigar and ciggie smoke stinging my eyes, the heat on my head was unbearable, i was sweating buckets, my head was spinning, I couldnt keep my eyes focused. Sick was coming into my mouth, I swallowed it, yum yum not. But yet I continued on my own personal Odyssey, fuck Homer, bring on the cyclops, flat is in town.

I got to work looking like I was severley hungover, I was stinking sweat and of other peoples ciggies. My boss went crazy, my vision was blurred I couldnt focus on him he looked like a one eyed monster at the time. I couldnt hold it any longer, I spewed all over that cyclops bastard, then collapsed. I woke up 30 mins later and was sent home.

The next day my head had expanded and was bright red - i was in agony.

But now my bonce is hardened to the weather, and i dont mind the rain now, in fact sometimes i quite like the feeling of the raindrops falling on my head, especially a hot summer shower. Its like a massage on my head as I walk in the world as a proud baldman.
Wham bam thankyou MAM.

Theres nothing wrong with being a poof!

Back in the day before every tom dick and harry bought mineral water. It was considerd a pansy poofy thing to do - i mean evian at the time if i remember had pick coloured labeling on their bottles (might have still now havent checked - man with pink bottle of water, people would see that and think he must be a poof)
Real men drank from the tap 14 years ago. I still drink from the tap.
Not that poofs arent real men abvioulsy they are physically and biological real men. I mean real men as a proper bloke not a effeminate gender bender type.

That bj singer christ, brits would have a field day with that.

HaHa Flat im the same way when it comes to staying home from work when im sick...I dont. If I stay home because of illness my wife would freak out and call the ambulance. I dont go to the doctor because Im sick either.

What??? Im just throwing up constantly, have cold sweats, a horrid cough, cant sleep, cant swollow nothing....just let me have a 20 minute nap I'll be fine.

Probably why I rarely get really sick too. My body is a tank! Its been through hell fighting off illness without medicine. HoooRaaa!! HooRaaa!!! Muddafukker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
