I have been on just not allot lately, I need to replace my video card it keeps over heating not sure why...
I am going out and see if any the stores have a X1950 agp card if not I will have to order it online.. My other card is a 9800xt and it has served me well through out the years, like wives they get old and wear out ( LOL )

9800XT only had a small HSF on them. Often those fans will slow down due to dust and hair. Also the grease in the bearings can sometimes dry up if it gets too hot. The thermal paste under the HSF can also suffer a similar fate.

Good excuse to get a x1950 though

The 1950 is ace I'm happy with my X1950Pro and can happily recommend it. Do check the reviews for the particular brand of card you are interested in buying though. Some are much better than others.

Yea I will probally go with the Sapphire brand...
