Unable to connect to main server

Unread post by Kramer » Wed Jul 23, 2003 9:27 am

Hi there...

I am a Netspace DSL customer and reside in Howrah on the Eastern Shore in Hobart. Since rebuilding my PC yesterday to install a new Hardrive and do some swapping, I am unable to connect to the main P2P server (nstashub.no-ip.org).

The error message I am getting is:
*** Connecting to nstashub.no-ip.org...
*** Connection timeout

I can connect to the backup hub, but I also get an IPBot message saying that it is only for Netspace Tasmania Customers.

My assigned IP address over the last couple of days has been 203.113.243.xxx (as I write this my IP is 203.113.243.190).

Can someone help me rectify the problem so I can reconnect to the main server.
There has also been another guy by the name of SecetID (connected to the backup hub) which is also experiencing the same problem.

Thanks
Kramer.

I don't this needs a reply now as you are back on the Hub.

But netspace in their infinite wisdom changed/added a different IP range for Tasmania.
Some ADSL users were discionnected and reconnected to the ne ip range which (at the time) was excluded from the hub.

This as Usual was rectified fairly quickly once the cause was known.

Well done Phil and JohnD
