Anyone have a good understanding of electronics?
I need to build an ohm meter, to test equipment that has a max of 15 ohms and have a way to make adjustments/zeroing.

These are custom made. Unless your good at knowing electronics its not easy to make one. You can't buy them that low.
Oh well, can't hurt to ask right?

You could try buying a DIY electronic kit. I know here in oz you can buy simple electronic kits to build such things.
