Love this stuff:
Hot Chicken Salad
2 cup cut up cooked chicken
2 c thinly sliced celery
1/2 c chopped, toasted almonds
1/2 t salt
2 T grated onion
1 c mayo
2 T lemon juice
1/2 cup grated Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed plain potato chips.
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine ingredients, except cheese and potato chips. Pile lightly in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips(right much). Bake 10-15 min or until warm through.
Makes 6 servings
