Cheating bastards

Unread post by Anach » Wed Mar 12, 2003 8:53 am

On weekend i was playing bf1942 with the invisible man. Im not sure if you have seen the bfmovie ghostbastards (its in my share list)
well its possible to make yourself invisible.

Seems bf1942 is going the way of CS. if you dont cheat, its not worth playing. as you wont do any good.

probs with bf1942 at the moment.

1. invisible man
2. no fog hack
3. show tags through walls and behind hills
4. wall hack .
5. no recoil hack.
6. almost forgot the aimbots. which use plain coloured skins to allow autoaim and easy to see enemy.
this has also added lime green mines and grenade so you can see them, also the vehicles are painted green on the top half and all the cockpits from vehicles and the sniper scope have been removed so you can see the full screen.

has anyone see these yet?

what happens when you play on a noob server.. other than the NVIDIA servers.

Image

I only lost my first life when 10 or so guys came at with with grenades. but as i got out of my tank i took a couple out..

then the second life shortly after, as i went into their base alone and took 5 or 6 of them out before being shot in the back. :)

NOOBS

unfortunatly i cant play on skilled servers like NVIDIA cause they haven't updated to the latest patch for some reason.

here is the first trainer around. this doesnt work anymore, but there will be a new version.

Image

This next one you can get on gamecopyworld, but luckily it doesnt work as it doesnt allow for DMA. which has one stable memory address and one that changes at each new level or game start.

Image

Next is the most recent no-fog hack, which allows you to set the view distance to what you like.

Image

and finally we have this simple little one which does the same, allow you to set the fog distance.

Image

also around are the "Merciless Creations" no fog maps, which as well as edit the scenery, moves the fog back a few notches.
So it allows snipers to shoot and for you to see the enemy b4 you.,

I have no idea how the invisible cheats work but im sure i will find out.

The above images of the scores in the last post was done without cheats by the way. :)

fucking **vagina**, i just bought a new sound card so i can play again, and that score aint that impressive, ohama is fucking stupid, i once single handadly got the first 20 kills by running round on the beach fucking up every landing craft that came then taking there guns, finally the boat hit me.
do the cheats acctually work tho?? like no recoil and shit, we should test them on a private server to check. also wtf server is that, everyone has shocking pings.

oh and i played my first game since adsl last night, played on xtra coral sea, about 100 ping when im over my limit, soooooo much easier to shoot down planes now

yes the cheats have worked, some no longer,b ut the ones for this new version generally do. Ive tried them. Once you know how they work, its easy to see who uses them and how to look out for them.

this is one that was just updated 5mins ago.

also it wasnt about the score being impressive, i was trying to point out how the next person on my team only had 10.
Its almost like im playing by myself most the time.

I noticed a sharp increase in obvious cheaters with the 1.30 patch. I'm guessing because of the widely known hole DICE left allowing people to TAG you through solid objects. 1.31 fixed this.

Since NS pings came good last night I played for a few hours and was whooping again  well comparativly.... I did notice quite a few tools camping for a plane, that shits me. Maybe this is a sign of more newbies. A good cure for that is to park an apc in the middle of the airfield and shout 'Get In' a few times, usually they hop in! (once i got shelled for it).

Cheaters have poped up and eventually destroyed every online I've ever played. The only long term solution I can see, is good gameops and whingers, Telstra GA servers have both atm  .

To be honest, if there were cheaters online last night, they didn't make it very obvious to me. But i suppose most cheats try their best not to be noticed.

One question I always ask, Is it any fun / challenge playing MP games whilst cheating?

CHeating can be a bit of a laugh, but is "no skill" gaming.
i know, cause in CS if ya play, ya gotta cheat to keep up, its a complete different game now, thats why i dont play.

non of these anti-cheat programs work, as the very next day there is already 10 other anti-cheat, cheats.

I do hope they manage to fix it, trouble is, if they do, it means more restrictions to game play and modding. as the server would have to monitor more. eg. the MC addons for textures wouldnt be allowed.

It gets worse
Here is my new Programm called ********. It is very first version and it is ALPHA!!!... so execute on your own risk.

******** work in 2 ways:
1) searches game memory for patterns and replaces them with cheated ones.
2) apply cheats at fixed memory address (not yet implemented)

eXtreme is targeted not only on Battlefield1942, but Battlefield will be the first

It has its own file format which can be later used to add new cheats.

to use it:
- start Battlefield and enter multiplyer game.
- start ******* and load BF1942.eX
- click Start button (here you'll have to wait few seconds)

all it does: removes Bullet spread from Bar1918

if get errors, dont ask me for help. as I say - its Alpha.
requirements are Win9x/Me/2000/XP and .NET Framework installed.

enjoy

and you should see the shit for Americas Army. Its almost worse than CS

Hmmm... reminds me why I uninstalled CS and stopped playing anything online. The sheer cheating is just stupid. How can anyone enjoy a game when people are blatently abusing the server? At least if someone at a lan is cheating you can give them a good hassling, and 'accidently' unplug them from the network. :)

The woman? Looks like Chiana to me .I see there's at least one good thing in that show. :)

Hence why I only play at LANs.. anybody is caught cheating, they can be hit IRL.
